3D Printing Operator

Job Summary:

The 3D Printing Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining 3D printing equipment to produce high-quality prototypes and parts. This role requires technical expertise in additive manufacturing processes and a keen eye for detail to ensure precision and quality in production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate 3D printing machines to produce parts according to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on 3D printers.
• Prepare and calibrate equipment for production runs.
• Monitor printing processes to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize print jobs.
• Maintain accurate records of production and machine maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in 3D printing or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating 3D printing equipment.
• Proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling tools.
• Strong understanding of additive manufacturing processes and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.
