Aluminium Fabricator Fitter

Job Summary:

The Aluminium Fabricator Fitter is responsible for carrying out skilled manual and technical work related to aluminium fabricator fitter tasks on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and to required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform aluminium fabricator fitter work as per drawings, specifications, and job instructions.
• Select and use appropriate tools, equipment, and materials for the task.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy, alignment, and quality.
• Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to complete work on schedule.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Report any material shortages, defects, or safety hazards promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• ITI certificate or equivalent trade qualification preferred.
• Ability to read basic drawings and work instructions.
• Knowledge of relevant tools, equipment, and safety practices.
• Physical stamina to perform manual work, including standing, lifting, and bending.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work as part of a team on-site.
