Job Summary:

We are seeking an E-commerce Manager to oversee our online sales strategies and operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving traffic, optimizing the customer journey, and maximizing revenue through our e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce site, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Analyze website performance metrics and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute promotional campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
• Oversee the optimization of the user experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping journey.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the e-commerce landscape.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers related to e-commerce operations.
• Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance, including sales, traffic, and conversion rates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Magento) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
• Proficient in SEO, SEM, and online advertising strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
