Job Title: Operations & Maintenance (O&M) – Wind Turbines

Role Summary:

Responsible for safe and efficient operation, monitoring, and maintenance of wind turbines to ensure maximum availability and power generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor wind turbines through SCADA
• Perform preventive & corrective maintenance
• Troubleshoot electrical & mechanical faults
• Ensure safety, quality, and statutory compliance
• Maintain daily reports, breakdown logs & performance data
• Coordinate with OEMs, contractors, and site teams

Qualification:

• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy

Skills:

• Wind turbine systems knowledge
• SCADA, fault analysis
• Safety & field operations
