Software Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual Tester to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing software applications to ensure they meet the required standards and are free of defects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test cases for software applications.
• Identify, document, and track software defects.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements.
• Perform regression testing to ensure resolved issues do not affect existing functionalities.
• Provide detailed reports of testing activities and results.
• Participate in test planning and strategy sessions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Manual Tester or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Experience with test management software (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) is a plus.
