Technician - O&M

We are looking for a Technician – O&M to support operations and maintenance activities, with a focus on SAP-based billing, data management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle SAP entries related to operations, maintenance, and billing

Prepare and process billing data accurately and on time

Maintain records of O&M activities and ensure proper documentation

Generate reports using SAP and MS Excel as required

Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and issue resolution

Assist in routine maintenance tracking and operational support

Ensure compliance with company procedures and data accuracy

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Any Graduate

Working knowledge of SAP and billing processes

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

Basic understanding of O&M activities

Preferred Skills:

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Good communication and coordination skills
