Dresser cum Compounder

Job Summary:

The Dresser cum Compounder is responsible for providing care, assistance, and support to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in accordance with medical guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily activities and basic care needs.
• Monitor and record patient vitals/condition and report changes to medical staff.
• Support medical staff with procedures, sample collection, or patient handling as required.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the care area.
• Provide emotional support and maintain a compassionate approach with patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Follow all healthcare protocols, infection-control, and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Relevant certification/diploma in healthcare or nursing assistance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of patient care and safety procedures.
• Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
