Job Description
Job Title: Operations & Maintenance (O&M) – Wind Turbines
Role Summary:
Responsible for safe and efficient operation, monitoring, and maintenance of wind turbines to ensure maximum availability and power generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor wind turbines through SCADA
- Perform preventive & corrective maintenance
- Troubleshoot electrical & mechanical faults
- Ensure safety, quality, and statutory compliance
- Maintain daily reports, breakdown logs & performance data
- Coordinate with OEMs, contractors, and site teams
Qualification:
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy
Skills:
- Wind turbine systems knowledge
- SCADA, fault analysis
- Safety & field operations
