Job Description
Lead shift teams (CCR engineers, field operators, QC staff) and ensure discipline, productivity, and adherence to SOPs. Plan and execute shift-wise production targets while maintaining equipment reliability and process stability. Take quick operational decisions during process upsets, breakdowns, and emergencies. Key Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and shift management capabilities. In-depth knowledge of cement manufacturing processes and control systems. Sound understanding of cement chemistry and QC parameters. Analytical, decision-making, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work in rotating shifts.
